Volunteer involvement with our young people is an essential part of life here at FBC. Whether we see it or not, volunteer involvement will bare eternal fruit in the lives of the children and youth in the future.
At FBC, part of our "Plan To Protect" requires that anyone working with children and youth have a police check on file at the church as part of our volunteer screening process. Our insurance company requires that these police checks be updated every five years. As a volunteer, there is no cost in obtaining a valid police check. If you are interested in helping in any of our youth and children's programs please contact the office to obtain the correct documents to take to the police station. Most police checks take only 24 hours to complete. These must be done in person. Thank you for your willingness to go the extra mile for our children's safety.
